The Cannes Prestige Summit is a high-end event with a cultural, artistic and relational dimension, bringing together a selected audience from the worlds of luxury, cinema, creation and investment.
The organiser reserves the right to adapt the content, speakers or running order of the event in order to preserve the quality of the experience.
Access to the event is subject to presentation of the ticket (digital or printed) and a valid ID document. Access control may be carried out at any time.
The Cannes Prestige Summit is a selective event with access subject to validation.
For reasons of consistency, security and experience quality, the organiser reserves the right to refuse or cancel a reservation, limit access to certain areas or experiences, or adapt seating and table organisation, without specific justification.
Prices are expressed in euros (€), all taxes included. The organiser reserves the right to change rates at any time. Tickets are invoiced on the basis of the rate in force at the time of order.
Any order becomes firm and final once payment has been validated. Payment is made through a secure solution. An electronic ticket is sent to the buyer by email.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, leisure services provided on a specific date are not subject to a right of withdrawal. All orders are therefore final.
9.1 Cancellation by the participant: tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless exceptionally decided otherwise by the organiser.
9.2 Cancellation or modification by the organiser: in the event of total cancellation, a refund, postponement or credit note may be considered. If the venue, schedule or speakers are modified, no refund may be claimed as long as the event is maintained.
The event takes place within a luxury and prestige environment. Participants agree to adopt elegant attire and respectful behaviour consistent with the image of the event.
The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or exclude any person who does not comply with these requirements or who harms the smooth running and image of the event. No refund will be issued in such cases.
By attending the event, participants expressly authorise Maison Charles Madelaine to capture and use their image (photo, video, audio) for communication, promotional and distribution purposes, on any medium and without time limitation, with no financial compensation.
The organiser may not be held liable for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings, nor for incidents occurring outside its direct control. Each participant remains responsible for their own conduct and belongings.
The organiser may not be held liable in the event of force majeure (strike, weather conditions, administrative restrictions, pandemic, etc.).
Personal data collected are used solely for reservation management, customer relations and communication around the event. In accordance with GDPR, participants have the right to access, rectify and delete their data.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution first. Failing that, the competent courts shall be those with jurisdiction over the organiser’s registered office.
